PAYMENT AND GRATUITY

We accept all credit cards. Gratuities are cash only. The industry average is 15% — 20% of the service price and is always a matter of choice. We require a credit card to hold all appointments exclusively for you. We require a credit card for all services that last 2 or more hours.

PRICING

Our incredible cut and color services may vary according to individual stylists, coloring techniques, or length of hair.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50%.
Due to the nature of the services our stylists provide, we cannot offer refunds for services rendered.

Refund Requests are at managements discretion and issued accordingly.
Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at Salon West’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

CLIENT SATISFACTION

If for any reason you are not satisfied with Salon West services, please let us know within 24 hours.  We will schedule you for an adjustment within one week of your original appointment.

CHILDREN

Any child in Salon West under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian who is not receiving hair services that day.
